How secVision Networks collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide to us.

What we collect
When you complete an enquiry form on this website we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and anything you choose to tell us about your site. If you are a monitored client we also hold the operational data required to deliver the service, including site details, key holder contacts, access credentials and incident records.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, to deliver and support the security systems we install, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell personal information.
CCTV and monitoring data
Footage recorded by systems we monitor is handled under the agreement in place with the site owner, retained for the period set out in that agreement, and released to law enforcement or insurers in line with it.
