Detect
When a site is armed, the secVision system is ready to detect any unauthorised after hours activity. Alarm signals are sent straight from the CCTV cameras using analytics, or from the intruder alarm system, to the Security Operations Centre where the associated CCTV images are viewed.
Verify
Our Virtual Guards can be looking at the site within seconds of an incident. The relevant cameras are viewed by trained CCTV intervention specialists. Video verified activity can be acted on immediately to prevent crime from occurring before it happens.
Audio challenge
With the ability to deliver a voice down alert, we deter theft and warn trespassers off your site. Using on-site public address speakers, the Virtual Guards issue an audio challenge which alerts the intruder that the premises are secured, their activities are being recorded and the authorities have been notified.
Respond
The intervention specialist follows the response plan agreed with the client. Authorities prioritise video verified alarms higher than alarms that have not been verified. Our system eliminates false alarm phone calls disturbing the key holders unnecessarily.

Installation
From first call to first night monitored
Site assessment
We visit the site, understand the risk and the access points, and design the camera and detector positions around what actually needs protecting.
Installation
Equipment is bench tested in our workshop before it goes anywhere near your site, then installed and commissioned by our licensed technicians.
Monitor activity
The site is armed to a schedule you set. From that point our Virtual Guards are watching, verifying and responding around the clock.
Maintain
Regular system health checks confirm the system is operational, and a technician is dispatched if a fault cannot be cleared remotely.

Managed access control for remote deliveries
Look at the camera to identify a courier, then open a boom gate for them. We can perform this service from our Security Operations Centre so you do not pay a guard to sit at a gate.
Proactive Virtual Guard tours
Scheduled virtual patrols using the CCTV system, so our guards can alert authorities if there is trouble onsite. Images can be emailed to you based on movement during scheduled hours.
Virtual escort for remote workers
Staff can speak to our guards on their phone while they walk to their cars to exit a site, and the operator watches them on camera until they are safely away.

Does secWatch work outdoors?
The secWatch system is made of cameras and other equipment that are waterproof. The system is ideal for an outdoor setting where crime can be stopped before the intruders enter the site.
What is visual verification?
Using the secWatch technology we can see when an alarm goes off whether there are intruders on site. As the alarm activates an image is presented to our operator and they can verify whether there is somebody on site or if it is an animal.
Do you provide alarm monitoring?
From our Security Operations Centre we offer a 24 hour back to base alarm monitoring service. We believe that including CCTV cameras in the system, and on-site speakers to warn intruders in real time, is a much more powerful solution.
Would a Virtual Guard replace our security guard?
On-site security guards are expensive. By combining the secCloud access control, intruder detection and building automation system with the secWatch Virtual Guard Service we can monitor your sites and manage all of the security functions from our Security Operations Centre.
What is a Virtual Guard?
From our Security Operations Centre we run a 24 hour service where we use the on-site CCTV cameras combined with the alarm system to monitor for intrusion. When an alarm is received we analyse the live stream to see what is happening.
