secCloud Managed Security System is used by councils to grant access to community spaces for hire periods. Our software sends your client an access code that will let them into a venue for a booked hire period.
We provide CCTV and access control systems for many local councils, and our preventative maintenance service ensures security hardware operates correctly when needed.

From risk assessment to keyless venue hire
Risk assessment and design
We conduct a security risk assessment of the site and design an access control system with locking mechanisms and vandal resistant keypads to control who may access the space. A proposal is presented for the supply and installation of the system.
Install and connect
The access control system is installed by licensed technicians. An industrial 4G modem connects the onsite hardware to the secCloud server. The site is programmed so that each hireable space can be allocated to a booking.
Train the booking team
Council booking staff are trained in how to use the secCloud platform from a web browser and smartphone app. secCloud is a managed service where our staff are on hand 24 hours a day for support.
Automate the bookings
secCloud integrates with booking systems where the booking is sent to secCloud, automating the process. From our Security Operations Centre we can also assist hirers who are having trouble entering a facility.

secWatch interactive video monitoring
We run a 24/7 Security Operations Centre where our Virtual Guards can manage your alarm system. Instead of paying a guard to sit in a depot overnight, we can monitor your depot 24/7 from our SOC. If authorised people need to access the property after hours, they can be identified and access granted remotely.
Virtual patrols save you money
By combining secWatch CCTV with secCloud access control you can get visual verification if your site is vacant and then arm your alarm remotely. Scheduled virtual patrols using a CCTV system allow our guards to alert authorities if there is any trouble onsite. Clients who use this service find they save 30 to 50% on patrol costs.
Decrease loitering and vandalism
If you have problems with gangs, rubbish dumping or graffiti, we can install CCTV and start recording within hours. We can quickly deploy high definition solar powered cameras for mounting on any pole. Send vandals and loiterers a message and ensure your venues are locked and secure.
A smart city saves on energy
With secCloud access control you can control the lights and air conditioning in an area based on occupancy. When the alarm is turned off, the lights can come on. At night, if there is no movement in the area, the lights can turn off.
CCTV trailer hire for public events
At public events it is difficult to have people and eyes everywhere. We can help with our CCTV trailer, available for temporary hire. We can set you up to monitor your event, or monitor it from our Security Operations Centre.
Software integration with Bookable
We have worked with the team at Attekus to integrate secCloud with Bookable, a local government booking software. A hirer is sent an access code when they book a council venue, granting access for the hire period.

Hornsby Shire Council awarded a tender for the supply and installation of an electronic access control system and related componentry and software. Ray and team have successfully installed the secCloud access control system in our 30 community centres.
